PlanMyPaisa is a DIY personal finance and financial technology platform designed to help users plan, track and better understand their finances.

Depending on the features available under a user's plan, the Services may include financial goal planning, expense tracking, financial calculators, financial plans and projections, portfolio analysis, mutual fund research tools, AI-powered tools, data visualizations and other personal finance functionality made available from time to time.

Financial plans, calculations and projections generated through PlanMyPaisa are based on information and assumptions provided by users and parameters used by the platform.

PlanMyPaisa does not execute investments on behalf of users and has no authority or responsibility over whether or how a user acts upon a plan, calculation, analysis, insight or other information available through the Services.

PlanMyPaisa is a DIY financial technology platform and does not provide investment or financial advice, whether explicit or implied.

Financial plans, calculations, projections, portfolio analysis, mutual fund information, research tools, AI-generated insights and other information available through PlanMyPaisa are provided for educational and informational purposes.

Nothing available through PlanMyPaisa should be interpreted as personalized investment advice, financial advice, or an instruction to buy, sell or hold any particular mutual fund, security, insurance product or other financial product.

Users requiring personalized investment advice or investment recommendations should consult a SEBI-registered investment adviser or another appropriately qualified professional.

PlanMyPaisa allows users to generate financial goal plans and related calculations based on information and assumptions entered into the platform.

Such information may include financial goals, goal periods, income, expenses, existing investments, liabilities, risk-related inputs and other information requested by the platform.

Users are responsible for ensuring that information provided to PlanMyPaisa is accurate, complete and updated where necessary.

Financial plans and projections are estimates based on assumptions and mathematical calculations. Actual investment returns, inflation, expenses, income, taxation, market conditions and other circumstances may differ from the assumptions used.

Therefore, no financial plan or projection generated by PlanMyPaisa should be interpreted as a guarantee that a particular financial goal or outcome will be achieved.

Users retain full discretion over whether and how to act upon any financial plan or calculation generated through PlanMyPaisa.

Certain PlanMyPaisa features use artificial intelligence, automated systems, algorithms and/or large language models (“AI Tools”).

AI-generated information may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated or unsuitable for a user's individual circumstances.

PlanMyPaisa does not guarantee the correctness, completeness, reliability or suitability of AI-generated information for financial or investment decision-making.

Mutual fund information, comparisons, portfolio analysis, research information and other AI-generated insights available through PlanMyPaisa are provided for informational and educational purposes and do not constitute personalized investment advice or recommendations.

Users should independently verify important information and conduct their own assessment before making financial or investment decisions.

Where personalized investment advice is required, users should consult a SEBI-registered investment adviser or another appropriately qualified professional.

PlanMyPaisa may provide both Free and Premium access.

Free Access

The Free plan provides basic access to PlanMyPaisa.

Free users may be able to explore the platform, use available financial calculators and create or check a financial plan.

Free users cannot save or download their financial plan and do not receive access to AI Tools or other features designated as Premium-only.

Premium Access

PlanMyPaisa Premium is currently offered at ₹499 + applicable GST per year, unless a different price, promotional price or offer is clearly displayed at the time of purchase.

Premium users receive access to the Premium functionality available under their subscription, which may include the ability to create, save and download financial plans and access Financial Blueprint, financial calculators, AI Portfolio Analyser, Mutual Fund GPT, Compare Funds, mutual fund research/screening functionality and other eligible Premium or AI-powered tools available on the platform.

Features may be improved, modified, added, replaced or discontinued from time to time as PlanMyPaisa evolves.

Certain PlanMyPaisa features may require users to create or maintain an account.

Users are responsible for providing accurate registration information and maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

Users are responsible for activities conducted through their account and should promptly contact PlanMyPaisa if they believe their account has been accessed or used without authorization.

Users must not impersonate another person, create accounts using false information, attempt unauthorized access to another user's account or otherwise misuse account functionality.

By using PlanMyPaisa, users agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes.

Users must not attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the platform; gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts or data; introduce malicious code; misuse AI functionality; scrape or systematically extract proprietary information without authorization; reverse engineer the platform except where permitted by applicable law; or use PlanMyPaisa in any manner that violates applicable law or the rights of another person.

Users remain solely responsible for evaluating their own financial circumstances and deciding whether to act upon information available through PlanMyPaisa.

Payments for PlanMyPaisa Premium or other paid Services may be processed through third-party payment service providers.

Access to paid functionality is subject to successful payment and verification.

Applicable taxes, including GST, will be charged as required by law.

If Premium access is not automatically activated following successful payment, users may contact PlanMyPaisa support for verification and activation assistance.

Payment service providers operate according to their own terms, policies and security practices.

PlanMyPaisa does not physically ship products. Services offered through PlanMyPaisa are delivered digitally.

Unless otherwise expressly stated at the time of purchase or required under applicable law, subscription fees and one-time charges are non-refundable once paid.

Where recurring or automatically renewing subscriptions are offered, users may cancel future renewal before the applicable renewal date.

Cancellation of a future renewal does not ordinarily entitle a user to a refund for an already-paid subscription period, subject to applicable law.

PlanMyPaisa may contain links to, integrate with, display information from or otherwise interact with third-party websites, services, payment providers, financial information sources or other providers.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, references to third-party products, financial instruments or service providers do not constitute endorsement, sponsorship or investment advice.

MNCEE Global Investments Pvt Ltd does not control third-party providers and is not responsible for their products, services, availability, performance, accuracy, security, privacy practices or terms.

Any transaction or relationship between a user and a third-party provider is independently between those parties.

Users should exercise appropriate judgment and review the terms and policies of third-party providers before using their services.

Unless otherwise stated, the PlanMyPaisa name, platform, software, website and application design, content, graphics, logos, tools and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to MNCEE Global Investments Pvt Ltd.

All applicable intellectual property rights are reserved.

Users may access and use PlanMyPaisa for their personal and lawful use in accordance with these Terms.

Without appropriate authorization, users must not copy, reproduce, republish, redistribute, sell, rent, sublicense, commercially exploit or create unauthorized derivative works from proprietary PlanMyPaisa content or software, except where permitted by applicable law.

We aim to keep PlanMyPaisa available and functioning effectively. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, continuous or error-free availability.

The Services may occasionally be unavailable or affected due to maintenance, upgrades, technical failures, internet connectivity, third-party service interruptions, security requirements, regulatory requirements or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We may modify, update or improve the Services from time to time.

Users acknowledge that investments and financial products are subject to market risks, product risks, third-party risks and other uncertainties.

Historical performance or past results do not guarantee future performance or results.

PlanMyPaisa does not guarantee investment returns or the achievement of any financial goal.

Mutual Fund investments are subject to market risks. Read all scheme-related documents carefully.

Users remain responsible for independently evaluating investment decisions.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, PlanMyPaisa and its Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that every calculation, projection, AI-generated output, third-party data point or other piece of information available through PlanMyPaisa will always be accurate, complete, current or appropriate for every user's circumstances.

We do not guarantee that using PlanMyPaisa will result in achievement of a user's financial objectives or any particular financial or investment outcome.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty, right or protection that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MNCEE Global Investments Pvt Ltd, PlanMyPaisa and their respective directors, employees, representatives or agents shall not be liable for losses or damages arising solely from reliance on financial plans, projections, calculations, AI-generated outputs, third-party information or other informational content available through PlanMyPaisa.

Users acknowledge that financial and investment decisions remain their own responsibility.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability to the extent that such liability cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

Use of PlanMyPaisa is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information may be collected, used, processed, stored and shared in connection with the Services.

The Privacy Policy should be read together with these Terms.

We may update or modify PlanMyPaisa, its features, subscription structure, pricing or these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, business requirements, technology, regulatory requirements or applicable law.

Any updated Terms will be published with an updated revision date.

Continued use of the Services following the effective date of updated Terms will be subject to the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We may restrict, suspend or terminate access to PlanMyPaisa where reasonably necessary due to misuse of the platform, fraudulent or unlawful activity, security concerns, material violation of these Terms or applicable legal requirements.

Users may discontinue using PlanMyPaisa at any time.

Termination or discontinuation does not affect rights or obligations that accrued before termination.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of India.

The parties should first attempt to resolve any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or use of PlanMyPaisa amicably.

Subject to applicable law, any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably may be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, including applicable amendments or re-enactments.

Arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator mutually appointed by the parties.

The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Goa, India, and proceedings shall be conducted in the English language.

The arbitration award shall be final and binding upon the parties, subject to applicable law.

MNCEE Global Investments Pvt Ltd reserves the right to make changes to these Terms, the Services or platform operations where reasonably necessary to comply with applicable laws, regulations, regulatory requirements or lawful directions.
