Scope of Services

Plan My Paisa service is limited to providing the User’s own Goal Planning Tool. The Services are limited to devising a Plan My Paisa software-generated plan, based on the client’s future financial goals, current financial earnings, and existing financial commitments. The entire system of suggesting a plan is software auto-generated. The accuracy of data provided is of paramount importance for correct plan projections. The service is provided on a non-exclusive basis for an agreed fee structure and for the period described, entirely at the User’s risk.

The Goal Plan provided will be limited to broad financial projections without any specific advice about any particular product. The specific product can be decided by the client from the market based on their own research or advice from providers registered with SEBI. For example, the software-generated plan will be limited to suggesting an SIP planning approach but will not suggest which SIP plan, mutual fund, or shares to buy. Any detailed portfolio structure will not be provided.

The Goal Plan generated through Plan My Paisa is based on assumptions, and the User has full discretion to change these assumptions, with the output plan generated accordingly.

Plan My Paisa / MNCEE Global Investments Pvt Ltd will have no authority or responsibility over the User’s execution of the plan suggested by the tool. The actual execution shall be undertaken by the User using their own chosen assumptions, and any information after investment should be updated on the platform to keep the goals chart on track.

The User shall provide Plan My Paisa software with clear financial objectives including, but not limited to, planning period and purpose, income details, existing investments, risk appetite, and other pertinent matters reasonably required by the software from time to time.

The User has the sole discretion to decide whether to act upon the plan provided by Plan My Paisa software, and MNCEE Global Investments Pvt Ltd shall have no power, authority, responsibility, or obligation to ensure that the User acts upon the plan suggested by the tool.

The User hereby agrees and acknowledges that all decisions, notwithstanding the Services rendered by Plan My Paisa / MNCEE Global Investments Pvt Ltd, shall be based on the User’s own independent evaluation of risks and rewards, verification of all relevant facts, financial circumstances, and proper assessment thereof.

The User agrees that the Services are in the nature of financial basic guidance enabling informed decisions. Neither MNCEE Global Investments Pvt Ltd nor its brand Plan My Paisa, nor any of its employees or agents, shall be liable for any plan generated by the software on the website/app. It is the User’s responsibility to make an independent assessment when using the platform or availing any product or service from a third-party provider.

The User expressly acknowledges that all investments are subject to third-party risks, market risks, and other uncertainties. Under no circumstance shall MNCEE Global Investments Pvt Ltd or Plan My Paisa be liable for any losses suffered by the User as a result of any investment made pursuant to a plan generated through the tool. Plan My Paisa only provides the User with their own Goal Planning Tool, which generates broad goal plans without any investment advice.

Further, the User acknowledges and agrees that MNCEE Global Investments Pvt Ltd / Plan My Paisa do not make any warranties or commitments that using the Services or platform will result in meeting the User’s objectives, nor that the Services will not be affected by adverse tax consequences, technical failures, regulatory changes, or the User’s financial updates. All necessary regulatory changes and updates to the User’s financial health must be reflected on the platform, which may result in changes to the projections. Plan My Paisa / MNCEE Global Investments Pvt Ltd shall not be liable to the User or any third party for any error of judgment or losses arising in connection with the Services provided.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Any subscription or one time charges will be non refundable once paid.

In case of periodic subscription, User will have right to cancel the subscription before the renewal.

Declaration

The MNCEE Global Investments Pvt Ltd shall have the full liberty and absolute discretion to make necessary changes in these Terms of Services and/or do any act, deed, matter or thing necessary to comply with any law for the time being in force and the MNCEE or Plan My Paisa shall not be held liable for the same.

Arbitration and Dispute Resolution

Any dispute in connection with the interpretation, performance, termination of this Agreement, or otherwise in connection with this Agreement (“Dispute”) shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as may be amended from time to time, or any re-enactment thereof, by a sole arbitrator to be mutually appointed by both Parties.

The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted at Goa, in the English language.

The arbitration award in respect of a Dispute shall be final and binding on the Parties, and enforceable in accordance with its terms. The arbitrator shall state reasons for his / her findings in writing. The Parties agree to be bound thereby and to act accordingly.
